- A free consultation on the phone to decide whether I am a good match for you and your partner
- Four antenatal visits in your own home to discuss your needs in labour and to help you draw up your birth preferences and to focus on birth preparation which includes seeing birth as a rite of passage, exploring the time line of birth and how we move through from early labour to birthing the placenta, creating and using your own visualisation tools , exploring attitudes to the intensity and sensations of labour, exploring strategies to cope with the intensity of birth. including physical, emotional and visualisation strategies. examining anxieties and fears, finding our inherent coping skills, preparing a birth tool box, looking at the evidence base surrounding birth interventions, understanding what pharmacological pain medications are available during labour in a hospital setting, exploring how to work with midwives and other staff you may meet on your journey, identifying what happens to your body and your baby as you move through labour and birth. and ensuring you are prepared for a caesarean birth should one occur. Antenatal sessions last approximately three hours.
- Consultation on using homeopathy during labour and the postpartum
- Unlimited phone and email support during pregnancy and for up to two weeks post partum
- One postnatal visit or attendance in early labour at home as discussed with you
The charge for this service is €600, of which a non-refundable €150 deposit is due at booking. The remaining balance is due in three €150 instalments at each of the antenatal visits.
My Birthing again Birth Mentoring Package is designed for those couples who just want a refresher course and includes:

The charge for this service is €350, of which a non-refundable €150 deposit is due at booking. The remaining balance is due in two €100 instalments at each of the antenatal visits.
My One-off antenatal preparation classes:
- A private class in your own home at a time that is convenient to you and your partner Sessions last approximately three hours and are tailored to your own specific needs. Sessions may focus on birth preferences, looking at residual fears from previous births, de briefing previous experiences, building a tool kit for this birth, exploring visualisations and pain coping mechanisms both physical and emotional, preparing for a VBAC, preparing for a caesarean birth, preparing for breastfeeding and much much more! Antenatal sessions last approximately three hours.
The charge for this service is €150 payable at the session.
Birth Preference preparation:
- A private session in your own home to help you formulate your birth preferences.
- Includes review of your preference by email
