Learn to tailor your Postnatal Doula Business to Covid Restrctions
This is a blended course of both in person and online teaching. preparing you fully to work within the Irish Maternity Care Setting, both with and without Covid restrictions on line and in person.

Delighted to announce that Melissa Curtis Women’s health expert and postnatal pelvic yoga expert from Tummy Love will be joining us to talk about the postnatal body. What changes and is different in the postnatal body? How does the whole pelvic floor area change and how does it heal? How does the abdomen change and heal? What exercises are advised and not recommended? Melissa is also an accredited baby massage instructor and will speak about the healthy neonate. How do they function? what is their physiology like and how does their body work. She will explain that they are quite different to a small adult! This training with Melissa is valued at €150
Bonus 2: Anne Marie Toole – Trauma Informed Communication
We are so lucky to have the amazing Anne Maire Toole joining us. Annne Maire is a psychotherapist and co founder and clinical director of the thriving Dublin Therapy and Counselling Centre Insight Matters. She facilitates personal development groups and is a university lecturer in areas of mental health, sexuality. She specialises in communication and healthy interactions and will be talking about trauma informed communication. We are particularly fortunate to have Anne Marie with us on this course as Anne Marie made a commitment to her family that she would not lecture this year – so a rare and wonderful opportunity to connect with a wise and incredibly insightful mentor. My aim is to give this course in person, but with the uncertainty of the current lockdown situation in Ireland, it is hard to know exactly how things will pan out. My aim is to offer as much of the course in person that I can.

Terms and Conditions:
Course Progression: It is anticipated that some of this course will run in person. Depending on the situation with Covid 19, all of the sessions may have to move on line. If this is the case we may have to have extra sessions to accommodate the content. You will be advised of this should it be the case.
Refunds: A full refund will be provided until 28th February 2021 should you wish to cancel your booking. After this a 50% refund will be offered until the 14th March 2021 should you wish to cancel your booking and a 25% refund until the 28th March 2021. No refunds are offered after this date.
Cancellation: If the course is cancelled prior to April 2021 you will receive a full refund.
